We absolutely loved our rental home! The location was just beautiful and we seriously hated to leave! We only had one small issue with the pool and as usual, Lindsey had it taken care of in no time.
My wife and I arrived in the Keys after a long day of travel and prepared for a relaxing week. It has dark, we had a car full of groceries and a long list of things to do to prepare for the arrival of some friends when we first checked into the rental unit. Because of some unforeseen issues with the property, we couldn’t stay there. We reached out to Lindsay by text — this was after hours — and she leapt into action. Within 15 minutes, she located two suitable alternatives and in less than an hour we moved to one of them (a very nice property). Lindsay was professional and very helpful. She saved our week away in the Keys and did so quickly. We rate her very highly and will recommend her to our friends.

We arrived in Marathon with family in February. The house was spacious and accommodating. Although we had a few issues initially, Lindsey resolved them . We had a great stay in the Keys.
Lindsey was so accommodating in that she made special arrangements in order for us to better enjoy our stay. We have rented from quite a few realtors and realty companies. This was by far, the best experience we have had.
Lindsey was so helpful from beginning to end. She was very patient and always polite, I had issues in the beginning and she was there to get me through it all. Thank you Lindsey. Our house was ready and clean and no problems what so ever while we were there. Definitely recommend Lindsey and will definitely be using her again when we return.

Great home for our holiday convergence of four families. Six bedrooms were essential to our choice and en suite bathrooms were a plus. Kitchen well equipped. Outdoor living area was more than adequate making for a very Merry Christmas for our family of 10.
I have been renting my property on Key Colony Beach for 14 years and had a wonderful manager for 12 of those years, than Lindsey took over 2 years ago and has taken it to the next level, trust worthy, professional and I would recommend her to anyone who wants to rent their property.
After 13 years of vactioning in Marathon,Gulf Breeze Pool Home is our all time favorite home to rent. Beyond beautiful home and view. It had everything and more than one would need. Family and friends also stated how beautiful this home was. Also by far one of the cleanest homes we have rented. Very welcoming and not over decorated with Key’s decorations. We do look forward to staying again next year.
My wife and I rented Ocean Isles #27 from Lindsey with Florida Keys back in June for our wedding anniversary and we were very impressed and happy with the unit and her personal attention for any questions and needs that we had during our week stay. It was 100% as anticipated, direct ocean view, boats passing in the distance, pool and plenty of beach to walk. Almost like a private beach actually.

We stayed at the Bliss property in the Keys this past May, and it was truly one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed. The sunsets were absolutely breathtaking, and each morning we enjoyed watching the incredible wildlife right from the dock—stingrays, parrotfish, nurse sharks, and even sea turtles. It was the perfect place to rest and recharge.
Lindsey made booking a breeze and was so helpful throughout the process. The thoughtful “welcome basket” waiting for us upon arrival was such a sweet touch and truly appreciated.
We had an amazing time and can’t wait to return. When we do, we will definitely be booking through Lindsey again. Highly recommend!
