We are the largest and oldest full service Real Estate Company in the Florida Keys.

We offer travel insurance to all of our guests to help make their decisions a little easier.

We help all of our owners with suggestions on furnishings and small extra’s that will enhance their personal renters experience and hopefully bring them back.

We keep up with all the competition and are thoroughly versed on values for your rental property to keep you competitive.

All keys are picked up and returned to my office and accounted for by me.

Most of my cleaning staff has been with me for many years and know exactly what I expect. The first hint of an unhappy guest, they go right back to the home, whether it is really justified or not.

The same is true for all of our maintenance crew. Any service calls are responded to the same day as long as they come in before 6PM.

All of our leases and management agreements have been reviewed by a local Marathon Real Estate attorney.

We send WEEKLY reports on your property if there is any activity at all be it income or expenses. Paychecks go out weekly to all owners that have incoming revenue. We have a staff of 3 full time employees’ in our bookkeeping department. We file all taxes collected on your property each month for you. We prepare all 1099 forms for you.

We have a full time IT person, constantly researching how to keep Florida Keys Vacation Rentals up on the top of ALL search engines.

For Vacation Renters

Check in is after 4 PM at the office located at 11050 Overseas Hwy, Marathon, FL 33050. We do not supply cleaning products or paper goods. All linens are supplied.

The Availability Calendars are typically not active. Please call or email for availability, more photo’s, information and a visual tour.

WE DO NOT book online. You MUST speak with me or email me to place a reservation. You will NEVER be asked to wire money immediately to hold a property or be offered a cash discount for immediate payment.

**Please NOTE that we do not charge a 3% service fee to book your vacation as most large companies do**
