If the guest cancels 90 days before arrival they get a full refund if they cancel under the 90 days the dates are relisted for rent if the
week is rented you receive a full refund except the $50 non-refundable booking fee.
Security deposit and $50 booking fee due at the time of signing the contract. 90 days before arrival half of the remaining balance is
due. 30 days before arrival the remaining balance is due.
Every property requires either a $500 or $1000 Refundable damage deposit that is returned the Thursday after departure if no
damage is found at the property.
Most homes require a 7-night minimum stay, typically Saturday to Saturday. While we do not offer shorter stays during the
off-season, we do offer discounted fall pricing on many properties. We also have a select few homes that allow 3-night minimum
stays. Please contact us for more information and availability.
We are local and available to assist guests throughout their stay 24/7. Communication and response time are a top priority for us.
Guests will check in at our office located at 11050 Overseas Highway in Marathon to retrieve their check-in package. Your package
will include the property address along with either keys or a door code to access the home. Full check-in details are sent to the email
on file the Monday prior to arrival.
If your property does not have enough room for your boat trailer, we offer FREE trailer parking behind our office in a gated and
locked storage area. Please contact us for more information.
