Great fishing from the 50′ dock with swim ladder, fish cleaning table and bait freezer. The 12 X 28 pool has a depth of 3′ to 5′ and also overlooks the lagoon. Gas grill completes the package downstairs.
Upstairs is the three bedroom, two bath home with a huge covered patio. The most tranquil spot you can imagine overlooking the lagoon. The master and one other bedroom have sliders leading out to the lovely deck. King size bed in the master, with a flat screen TV and it’s own bath. Queen size bed in each of the other two bedrooms.
The living room has a large flat screen TV, hi speed wireless internet and a lovely view down the lagoon from the sliders. Fully equipped with everything you will need for a tranquil vacation.
Downstairs there is a bonus room for the children to play in.
