Enjoy overseeing the fun from the living room, dining room, or kitchen as the kids play in the 8 X 14 pool on-site (with optional heating available for an additional charge).
Benefit from membership to the Cabana Club, and take advantage of the 37.5 feet of dockage along the concrete seawall, complete with 20 amp power and water. Additional conveniences include a fish cleaning table, gas grill, bait freezer, locked storage shed for scuba gear, and an outdoor shower.
The brand-new composite decking surrounding the pool area and backyard provides a comfortable, level space ideal for relaxing or hosting gatherings.
