Quiet, secluded townhouse that has amazing views of the tropical surroundings. The unit has two levels, so that no one is living above or below you. The two spacious wrap around decks reveal the Canal feeding in from the Gulf of Mexico and the heated swimming pool. There is a large 10 slip Gulfpointe community dock located in the channel close to your unit. These are available on a first come, first first serve basis. it is situated on the Vaca Cut channel in the gulf of Mexico and within minutes of a boat ride to the Atlantic Ocean. The dock area has all the amenities a fisherman is looking for: a fish cleaning station, ice machine and shared bait freezer. There is ample parking directly under the unit. You can easily fit two vehicles and a boat trailer. Public boat launch is located 1/2 mile away. There is water access under the unit in the parking area. The lower wrap around deck (off the living area) gives you easy access to a gas grill to cook up the catch of the day. The upper deck has seating to relax and read or just soak up the views and the warm sunshine. Inside the unit you will find 1,400 + square feet of well appointed living space. the downstairs has been designed with an open concept floor plan. The kitchen has a dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, (with an ice maker), microwave and flat cook top range and oven. Coffee makers (two) one Drip and one Keurig), toaster and a wide range of kitchen ware. there is also a washer/dryer for your use. The Living Area also has plenty of seating to relax and enjoy the flat screen TV, a movie on the DVD player or just enjoy the tranquil views. A convenient half bath is also located on this floor. There is high speed internet for your use. Upstairs there are two large bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king size bed with views of the pool and the canal. It has a private ensuite bath as well. The guest bedroom has 2 queen size beds. The 2nd bath bath is located in the hall with a tub/shower. Both bedrooms have flat screen TV’s and lots of storage space for your vacation attire. Pull out couch for an extra guest. All linens as well as pool towels are supplied. Enjoy lovely Sombrero Beach and all the restaurants and shops near by. The maximum occupancy for the unit is 6 including all children. Pack your bags and all your toys!
