Each unit has their own washer and dryer. Cabana Club membership comes with this unit which is only 1/2 block away. On the shady side of the street so you can clean your catch in the comfort of the shade. Sunrise on the canal side and sunset is on the entrance side….for cooler afternoons. Lots of parking on both sides for all your vehicles and trailers. (One trailer per side as per city ordinance). Well decorated and well kept, this is a very comfortable home. The downstairs section is MA857 on the website with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and licensed for a total of 6. These units MAY only be separated during the fall “off season months”. Otherwise they are licensed for a total of 14 including all children. $5,000/wk, with all holidays at $5,500. Mini week and opening of lobster season are $6000.** $475 cleaning, $50 booking fee and 12.5% taxes. $1,000 refundable damage deposit.
