Casa Paisan is a 4,000 sf, 4 bedroom/4.5 bath masterpiece, ideal for large or multi-family vacations. The three upstairs bedrooms include a king bed in the master suite, two queens in the second bedroom and two full beds in the third bedroom. Each of these bedrooms open out to various balconies and large upstairs terrace. The fourth bedroom, separated from the rest of the house, is equipped with two bunk beds. Each bunk has a twin top, full bottom, and full pull-out trundle–plenty of room for all the kids! Please note that the 4th bedroom is separate from the house in that there is a separate entrance along with a separate bath.
The outdoor space is like no other! Relax under the shade of the arched walkways, grab a drink at the outdoor bar (with icemaker), or play a friendly game of pool all while overlooking the sunny pool deck, fisherman’s dock with bait freezer and fish cleaning table. Enjoy a spectacular view of Sombrero Lagoon. Swim laps or play basketball in the oversized pool or sunbath on the deck. 15′ X 25′ and 3′ to 6′ depth. Play a mean game of bocci in the side yard or view both sunrise and sunset from the expansive tiled upper terrace. The fisherman’s dock includes a fish cleaning station, fishing pole station holding up to 10 rods, ladder and plenty of room to dock ANY size boat! 50′ of dockage. No boat, no problem….snook, mangrove snapper, jack crevalle, nurse sharks, tarpon, and more can be caught directly off the dock. Casa Paisan is not only an angler’s paradise but a nature enthusiast’s as well. Paddleboard or kayak among the mangroves (not supplied), observe a wide array of Florida wildlife and birds and watch out for the manatees!
Prime location! Sombrero Beach – one of the only white sand beaches in the Keys – is only 2.5 miles away. Across the street, the public Florida Keys Country Club provides a welcome diversion when not on the water. Conveniently located less than a mile away from all your essentials – Publix, Walgreens and the liquor store! If that weren’t enough, Dockside (a locals waterfront bar with nightly live music) is only a quarter mile away!

April 1 to April 15 $5200/week
$5300/week all holidays, except Christmas
**2 week minimum for Christmas – $10400
$5400 mini week and the opening of lobster season week
$50 booking fee
$500 security deposit

12.5% taxes, $500 refundable damage deposit
Pool heater ONLY $200/week plus taxes
