Welcome to this spacious family home, perfect for relaxation and enjoyment with over 3200 sq ft of living space and two living areas. This home is very comfortable whether relaxing, sunbathing, or fishing from the dock.
The pool measures 14 X 30 with a depth ranging from 4 to 6 feet, complemented by an 18 X 30 tiki hut and a soothing waterfall from the spa into the pool. Privacy fencing surrounds the area, along with comfortable pool furniture, a gas grill, and an additional 28 X 16 tiki hut for outdoor gatherings.
Upstairs, you’ll find two king bedrooms and one queen bedroom, while downstairs features two queen beds and a pull-out couch. Convenience is key with two sets of washers/dryers— one on each floor— and downstairs amenities including a nice fridge, microwave, and toaster oven for your refreshments.
Entertainment options abound with seven TVs throughout the home, including two impressive 75″ TVs (one upstairs and one downstairs), two 55″ TVs, and three 40″ TVs. Outside, enjoy 75 feet of deep-water dockage, complete with a bait freezer and fish cleaning table. Two two-man kayaks are also provided for your pleasure.
For added convenience, there’s a spacious two-car garage to store your vehicles and fishing gear, along with plenty of parking space available. Whether enjoying the pool, exploring the waterways with kayaks, or simply relaxing in this expansive home, it’s designed for everyone to make the most of their Keys stay.

If the guest cancels 90 days before arrival they get a full refund if they cancel under the 90 days the dates are relisted for rent if the
week is rented you receive a full refund except the $50 non-refundable booking fee.
Security deposit and $50 booking fee due at the time of signing the contract. 90 days before arrival half of the remaining balance is
due. 30 days before arrival the remaining balance is due.
Every property requires either a $500 or $1000 Refundable damage deposit that is returned the Thursday after departure if no
damage is found at the property.
Most homes require a 7-night minimum stay, typically Saturday to Saturday. While we do not offer shorter stays during the
off-season, we do offer discounted fall pricing on many properties. We also have a select few homes that allow 3-night minimum
stays. Please contact us for more information and availability.
We are local and available to assist guests throughout their stay 24/7. Communication and response time are a top priority for us.
Guests will check in at our office located at 11050 Overseas Highway in Marathon to retrieve their check-in package. Your package
will include the property address along with either keys or a door code to access the home. Full check-in details are sent to the email
on file the Monday prior to arrival.
If your property does not have enough room for your boat trailer, we offer FREE trailer parking behind our office in a gated and
