We WELCOME you to Reel ‘Em Inn! Expertly decorated single family home in Marathon. Whether you are vacationing with family, embarking on a fishing trip or looking to just relax Florida keys-style this is the perfect home for you.
This spacious 1,800 square foot single-level stilt home offers 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, an open main living area, covered back porch overlooking the canal, private pool and a 60′ dock.
Bedrooms include a lovely master with king size bed and an ensuite bath, walk in closet and linen closet. There are two bedrooms with queen size beds (one with an ensuite bath) the other has adjacent bath with a tub/shower combination. The 4th bedroom has two twin beds (a daybed with a trundle). Each bath has a hair dryer. The upstairs Terrace is covered with 3 sitting area’s, TV, large teak table for 8 and a serene view. Spacious Great room, kitchen and dining area. Additionally, the couch in the living room has a full size pull out. Fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances.
Stay connected and entertained with complimentary high speed WiFi, 7 televisions including two outside for your pleasure. There is an indoor/outdoor Sonos Bluetooth sound system.
Large capacity washer and dryer are available for your use. The upstairs spacious covered porch boasts three seating areas and a gas grill for your pleasure. Enjoy dining outside or watching the sun go down at the large teak table. The pool area includes two covered seating area’s and four chaise loungers. The pool measures 16 X 40 with a maximum depth of 5 feet and can be heated or chilled for an additional $200 per week (plus taxes) if paid in advance or $250 upon arrival. Relax in the hot tub after a long day of fishing.

Water and a custom fish cleaning table. Guests may enjoy access to two single person kayaks, 450 lb commercial ice maker, two freezer’s (one for bait and one for all that fish!!), all stored inside the 15 X 12 garage storage area. Great for all your fishing equipment as well. Please note that guests do not have access to the main garage, however, the property offers ample parking including plentiful shaded parking under the house as well as abundant uncovered parking for additional vehicles, a large boat trailer, or even an RV/camper. New tiki hut for those that don’t like the sun (9′ X 10’)! There is 30 amp power 220-240 volt.
Located less than one mile from Sombrero Beach with a wide, off the road walking/running/bike bath. Also located less than a half mile from Publix which means less time stocking up n provisions and more time to enjoy your stay.

If the guest cancels 90 days before arrival they get a full refund if they cancel under the 90 days the dates are relisted for rent if the
week is rented you receive a full refund except the $50 non-refundable booking fee.
Security deposit and $50 booking fee due at the time of signing the contract. 90 days before arrival half of the remaining balance is
due. 30 days before arrival the remaining balance is due.
Every property requires either a $500 or $1000 Refundable damage deposit that is returned the Thursday after departure if no
damage is found at the property.
Most homes require a 7-night minimum stay, typically Saturday to Saturday. While we do not offer shorter stays during the
off-season, we do offer discounted fall pricing on many properties. We also have a select few homes that allow 3-night minimum
stays. Please contact us for more information and availability.
We are local and available to assist guests throughout their stay 24/7. Communication and response time are a top priority for us.
Guests will check in at our office located at 11050 Overseas Highway in Marathon to retrieve their check-in package. Your package
will include the property address along with either keys or a door code to access the home. Full check-in details are sent to the email
on file the Monday prior to arrival.
If your property does not have enough room for your boat trailer, we offer FREE trailer parking behind our office in a gated and
locked storage area. Please contact us for more information.
