tropical retreat! Delight in the unobstructed 120 ft of seawall with a custom-built entry
for swimming or kayak/SUP launch. Drive through the automated, secure gate into your
private 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bath three-quarter acre oasis with lush tropical gardens located
in the premier section of Morton Street. Enjoy memorable moments from our
breathtaking sunsets to observing birds, fish, and butterflies. The custom oversized 20 '
by 40' pool consists of a shallow entry for small children to play; while the seven-foot
depth area allows other family members to swim, play and lounge. An exhilarating
experience awaits when you are seated in the pool directly below the two overspilling spa
waterfalls. The pool is salt water chlorinated with LED night light. Relax in the large spa
that seats up to 8. Unwind and sunbath on the large pool deck in our cozy and comfy
furniture. Two kayaks with paddles and life jackets are complimentary and conveniently
available (please return to designated areas). A covered patio awaits to offer shade as you
listen to the Gulf and pool waterfalls. Fish from our dock, lounge on the bench, or use the
ladder to go swimming or snorkeling. Bring one boat to conveniently use the dock with fish
table, water and electricity. There is no use of boat lift especially walking on or tying off
due to hazardous and slippery conditions.
Relish in the open concept home with spectacular gulf and sunset views. A cathedral
ceiling with two fans adores the central section of the home with living room, dining room,
kitchen, and study areas. Expansive sliding glass doors showcase the calming gulf and lead
to the screened-in 20’ by 30’ lanai with lounges, chairs, dining table and fan. The
comfortably furnished living room includes a 60" Roku Smart TV on a rotating arm for
your viewing pleasure. The kitchen is fully equipped for your entertaining including a
Jenaire grill stove; side by side refrigerator with ice and water dispenser in the door; glass
front Summit beverage/wine cooler; Bosch dishwasher; oven; microwave, Keurig coffee
maker and garbage disposal. There is a brand-new large capacity washer and dryer in a
separate laundry room located conveniently in the middle of the home.
The bedrooms are in separate wings of the home. The master bedroom suite encompasses
the full width of the home with a private bath, king size bed and smart tv. The opposite
annex contains two bedrooms and full bath. The gulf view bedroom hosts queen size and
twin beds. There is a sliding glass door to the big screened in porch. The other bedroom
consists of a queen size bed and smart tv. It is in the front portion of the home overlooking
the gardens. The main bathroom contains a bathtub with glass shower enclosure. The
screened in porch hosts a dining and lounging area to relax and watch the wildlife and
sunsets.
On the first level is a game room with big screen smart tv. There is plenty of seating for
resting and quiet reading space that overlooks the pool and Gulf. Utilize the second
refrigerator in this ground level room for easy access to cool beverages. The sliding glass
door permits easy access to the half bath from the pool deck. A weber gas grill is available
for use on the pool deck. Relax and stroll down the meandering front garden paths in the

large, certified Monarch Butterfly Sanctuary. Enjoy the special host plantings, while
listening to mourning doves and many other birds who visit daily. The soft night lighting
with the abundance of stars is a real treat. We are now accepting small dogs under 30
pounds. They will need to be prior arrival approved.

Rental rates: $3800/week,
Holidays and opening lobster week $4300
Mini Lobster week $4500.
$50 booking fee, $300 cleaning, 12.5% taxes and $500 refundable damage deposit.
Please note that pool and spa heater or chiller is available at $250/week plus taxes.
