Downstairs amenities include an ice machine, bait freezer, and a laundry room for added convenience. The well-kept three-bedroom home features a newly remodeled kitchen and bathrooms. The master suite and first guest bedroom each offer a queen-size bed, with the master boasting a lovely ensuite bath and a 46″ TV.

The living area includes a 50″ TV with a Blu-ray/DVD player for entertainment. The third bedroom is designed as a children’s room with two sets of bunk beds—each set featuring a full-size and a twin-size mattress, accommodating various sleeping arrangements.

$3000 All lobster weeks and holiday weeks

$2300/wk 9/15-12/15 except for Thanksgiving

$250 cleaning

$50 booking fee

12.5% taxes 

$500 refundable damage deposit. 

Pool heat or chiller is available for $200 plus taxes if paid in advance, $250 on arrival.
