This property includes BOTH the upstairs and downstairs units rented together, giving guests plenty of room to spread out while still enjoying shared outdoor amenities and waterfront living.
IMPORTANT LAYOUT NOTE:
There are NO interior connecting stairs between the upstairs and downstairs units. Both spaces are completely private and separate with their own entrances.

BOAT INFORMATION
Normally only ONE boat is allowed at this property. Please contact us directly regarding approval for TWO boats. If approved, BOTH boats INCLUDING engines combined must be under 56 feet total (preferably under 50 feet combined including engines) to ensure absolutely no encroachment onto neighboring properties.

BONUS AMENITY INCLUDED
Guests also enjoy access to the Cabana Club located just 1/2 block away! Walking distance!!

STARTER SUPPLIES PROVIDED
To help guests settle in comfortably, we provide:

Guests should plan accordingly for additional supplies during longer stays.
