Lovely full duplex that sleeps 14! Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, 2 bath’s with a wide open concept.
Four flat screen TV’s, hi speed wireless internet, gas grill and a lovely pool (heat is $250/wk optional). Pool is 10 X 20 and 4′ deep. The dining upstairs is for 12. Six at the kitchen counter and six at the table. Dining downstairs seats six at the table.
The master bedroom has a King size bed, guest bedroom #1 has queen size bed and guest bedroom #2 has a twin and a trundle (makes up into 3 twin size beds). They share a jack and jill bathroom. There is also a pull out for an extra guest. A maximum of 8 including all children is allowed on this level.
There is 50′ of deep water dockage with a step down dock, 30 and 50 amp service at the dock ($100 fee) water and a fish cleaning table. Dock ladder for your convenience. Gas grill to enjoy at the pool. Each unit has their own washer and dryer. Cabana Club membership comes with this unit which is only 1/2 block away.
On the shady side of the street so you can clean your catch in the comfort of the shade. Sunrise on the canal side and sunset is on the entrance side….for cooler afternoons. Lots of parking on both sides for all your vehicles and trailers. (One trailer per side as per city ordinance).
Well decorated and well kept, this is a very comfortable home.
The downstairs section is MA857 on the website with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and licensed for a total of 6. These units MAY only be separated during the fall “off season months”. Otherwise they are licensed for a total of 14 including all children.

If the guest cancels 90 days before arrival they get a full refund if they cancel under the 90 days the dates are relisted for rent if the
week is rented you receive a full refund except the $50 non-refundable booking fee.
Security deposit and $50 booking fee due at the time of signing the contract. 90 days before arrival half of the remaining balance is
due. 30 days before arrival the remaining balance is due.
Every property requires either a $500 or $1000 Refundable damage deposit that is returned the Thursday after departure if no
damage is found at the property.
Most homes require a 7-night minimum stay, typically Saturday to Saturday. While we do not offer shorter stays during the
off-season, we do offer discounted fall pricing on many properties. We also have a select few homes that allow 3-night minimum
stays. Please contact us for more information and availability.
We are local and available to assist guests throughout their stay 24/7. Communication and response time are a top priority for us.
Guests will check in at our office located at 11050 Overseas Highway in Marathon to retrieve their check-in package. Your package
will include the property address along with either keys or a door code to access the home. Full check-in details are sent to the email
on file the Monday prior to arrival.
If your property does not have enough room for your boat trailer, we offer FREE trailer parking behind our office in a gated and
