This home has three bedrooms, two baths and sits on a wide, deep water canal, with its own 11ft wide boat ramp, and a dock that can accommodate your boat (up to 40′) on a 200′ wide canal. Plenty of parking for your trailer and up to 2 vehicles. You can clean your catch at the convenient fish station, or sit in one of the swings on the dock and simply relax. Water and electric at the dock. Enjoy the beautiful (heat optional) pool that is surrounded by palms, tropical foliage and lots of outdoor furnishings for lounging, or for dining on a fresh catch, right off of the gas grill. Don’t forget to store your bait and ice for tomorrow, in the bait freezer located in the downstairs storage. While you’re at it, pull out a couple of the kayaks and enjoy some fun in the water. If you need more saltwater, sun and fun, head on down to Coco Plum Beach, just a short (one block) walk away. Whether your fishing, swimming or kayaking, you can wash off in the outside shower hut with hot and cold running water, before heading inside. Once inside, unwind! Get comfortable and swap stories from the day, or head out to the balcony to sit and watch the sun ease down. The master bedroom has a comfortable King size bed and full bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a King size bed and the 3rd bedroom has 2 twins. There is a second full bathroom. Televisions are located in the livingroom and in all three bedrooms, also hi speed wireless internet. The washer and dryer are conveniently located in the Hall closet. There is a spacious dining area and the kitchen boasts a beautiful induction oven, and is full of appliances and gadgets for your convenience and enjoyment. 2 King, 2 twins……….
