It is wonderfully decorated with a “more is less” clean style while at the same time having all that you will need in a single family home located in Marathon. Whether you are vacationing with family, embarking on a fishing trip or looking to just relax and find Peace..this Florida Keys-style home is just for you. Newly built 1,800 square foot, single level stilt home offers 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, an open main living area, covered back porch overlooking the canal, private pool and 60′ dock which has room for two boats. Three couples can sleep like royalty as this home has 3 king size beds. the master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, and the junior master suite has the same. The 4th bedroom has full sized bunk beds on top and bottom. Also for your pleasure the living room couch opens up for an additional guest. Stay connected with Wi Fi and 5 TV’s. On the practical side, a large capacity washer/dryer is available for your use. The upstairs covered porch boasts two seating areas and a gas grill for your homestyle barbecuing. Enjoy dining outside or watch the sun go down from the upstairs patio with table and chairs. The pool area includes an outdoor seated lounge area, and four chaise loungers. The pool measures 12 X 20 with a maximum depth of 5′ and can be heated or chilled for an additional $200/wk (plus taxes) if paid in advance, $250 on arrival. Plug in your boat as the dock hosts 30 AMP plug-ins, and then clean your fish at the custom fish cleaning table with water. Guests may enjoy access to 4 single person kayaks. We have two freezers, one for bait and one for all the fish you want to take home. Brand new 8 X 10 covered tikki hut with water, electric and a small bar. There is a 15 X 12 garage storage area for all your equipment and gear. Please note that guests do NOT have use of the main garage, however, the property offers lots of parking including plentiful shaded parking under the house. Lots of additional uncovered parking for boat trailers , RV/Camper or additional vehicles. The location of this lovely home has several advantages. If beach time is on the top of your list, we are less than one mile from Sombrero Beach with a wide, off road walking/running/bike path. Need supplies, we are less than a half mile from Publix/K-Mart/Dive Shop. That means more time in the pool or at the beach. The two main lobster weeks of mini week and the opening week of the season are $4,500/wk.

If the guest cancels 90 days before arrival they get a full refund if they cancel under the 90 days the dates are relisted for rent if the
week is rented you receive a full refund except the $50 non-refundable booking fee.
Security deposit and $50 booking fee due at the time of signing the contract. 90 days before arrival half of the remaining balance is
due. 30 days before arrival the remaining balance is due.
Every property requires either a $500 or $1000 Refundable damage deposit that is returned the Thursday after departure if no
damage is found at the property.
Most homes require a 7-night minimum stay, typically Saturday to Saturday. While we do not offer shorter stays during the
off-season, we do offer discounted fall pricing on many properties. We also have a select few homes that allow 3-night minimum
stays. Please contact us for more information and availability.
We are local and available to assist guests throughout their stay 24/7. Communication and response time are a top priority for us.
Guests will check in at our office located at 11050 Overseas Highway in Marathon to retrieve their check-in package. Your package
will include the property address along with either keys or a door code to access the home. Full check-in details are sent to the email
on file the Monday prior to arrival.
If your property does not have enough room for your boat trailer, we offer FREE trailer parking behind our office in a gated and
locked storage area. Please contact us for more information.
